Yoshihiro Umegaki

After graduating from university in the United States, worked at a management consulting firm before joining Tribal Media House, Inc. in 2011. From the early days of social media in Japan, led major SNS initiatives for top-tier companies and helped drive the growth of the industry.
Went independent in 2017 and founded Patch Inc. in 2019, assuming the role of CEO. Has supported digital and social media marketing efforts for numerous companies, including Toyota Motor Corporation, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, and Japan Airlines.
Appointed as a digital marketing advisor to the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) in 2020, with a growing focus on inbound marketing since then.

Wee Bethany

Born in Singapore. After graduating from International Christian University in Tokyo, joined Tribal Media House, where responsibilities centered on managing social media operations for global accounts.
After three years, moved to a WPP group advertising agency, serving as the sole Social Media Manager and advisor for a range of global clients. In 2019, joined Patch Inc. at its founding and was appointed Vice President.
Brings experience from both Japanese and international advertising agencies to lead global marketing across inbound and outbound initiatives. As an Instagram specialist, provides end-to-end support, from strategic planning and performance analysis to daily operations and content creation.

Takuma Kawakita

Joined Tribal Media House, Inc. as a new graduate, handling a wide range of responsibilities from social media strategy to execution, primarily for Japanese clients.
After three years, moved to the global advertising agency McCann Erickson, spending approximately six years as a digital planner supporting international clients. Provided a broad scope of digital support, including not only social media, but also digital advertising and content planning.
Joined Patch Inc. in 2024. Leverages experience from full-service agencies to offer proposals beyond social media, covering a wider range of digital solutions.
